The Conductor on the G {or was it the L or N?} train announcing over the intercom to all passengers “Have a safe, happy and healthy weekend everybody; happy Friday”. {that was a first!}

A lady offering me free sample of a fancy french gourmet sandwich en route to buy some soup—bounding with strangers over deliciously bizarre occurrence.
Seeing the beauty of the city through two of my dearest visiting friends’ and their company’s eyes—hearing about their day’s adventures.
